SpaceX Starship Flight Test 4: Launch Date Set

Test Flight Details

SpaceX is targeting June 5th for the fourth integrated flight test (IFT-4) of its Starship prototype launch vehicle, known as the Starship. This test flight will be the fourth in a series of tests designed to evaluate the Starship's performance and capabilities.

Regulatory Approval

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has granted SpaceX a commercial launch license for the IFT-4. This license authorizes SpaceX to launch the Starship from its Starbase facility in Boca Chica, Texas.

Preparing for Launch

SpaceX has been preparing for the IFT-4 for several months, conducting ground tests and assembling the Starship prototype. The rocket will be fuelled with liquid methane and liquid oxygen propellants and will perform a series of manoeuvres during the flight.
